Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov has condemned the latest Russian attack on the city, which targeted residential areas, a hospital, and infrastructure, leaving a trail of destruction.

For the second time in a week, seven Shahed drones were launched, resulting in the deaths of two civilians, a man and a woman, and 35 others injured, including five children.

A teenage girl is in serious condition, and 13 people have been hospitalised. Among the most damaging aspects of the attack was a strike on a military hospital, though Terekhov assured that efforts are underway to ensure doctors continue treating wounded defenders without interruption.

In the Shevchenko district alone, 27 residential buildings were damaged, and nearly a thousand windows were shattered. Critical facilities, including a market, the registry office, a college, and a dormitory housing displaced persons, were also destroyed.
