A Dubai based company is building a monumental milestone in the world of ultra-luxury living.
The Six Senses Residences is positioned to revolutionise branded residences and dominate the Marina skyline as the tallest residential tower in the world.
The construction of the skyscraper is expected to cost over US$1 billion (£800m) and is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
The residential tower bloc will be built by the Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

Rising an astonishing 517 metres (1,696 ft), it will have 122 floors and offer residents stunning panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour and the Marina.
It will feature 251 exclusive residences, ranging from spacious two- to four-bedroom deluxe units, half-floor penthouses, as well as the luxurious duplex and triplex Sky Mansions.
Prices for the apartments will start at US$2.2 and rise up to an eye-watering US$18 million for those in the Sky Mansions.
The residences will be an intriguing blend of biophilia and classical Feng Shui, offering a unique living environment that appeals to the most discerning buyers and investors.
The development will boast over 61,000 square feet of state-of-the-art wellness and social spaces.
This will include cardio, strength, and functional gyms, as well as virtual cycling and boxing studios.
Residents will also have access to an infinity pool, ice baths, Finnish, bio, and infrared saunas.
