HOUSTON (TCD) — A 20-year-old has been taken into custody for allegedly hitting a 64-year-old man with a car twice, kissing him, and fatally stabbing him.

On Friday, May 3, just before 8 p.m., Houston Police Department officers were called to the 7000 block of Woodridge Square Drive for a report of someone injured outside a residence. Officers arrived and found the victim, Steven Anderson, unresponsive in the driveway, and he was later pronounced deceased.

Three days later, police arrested Karon Fisher on charges of murder, evading arrest, and assaulting hospital staff. Houston Police identified Fisher as a female, but court records listed Fisher’s sex as male.

Ring surveillance camera footage shared by KTRX-TV shows Anderson getting struck by a white sedan. Then, a woman, allegedly Fisher, kisses and stabs him multiple times before walking away.

Fisher was booked into the Harris County Jail, where bond was set at over $2 million combined for the three charges.
