Former President Trump’s hush money trial began Thursday with a brief hearing related to whether Trump violated a gag order four more times in addition to the nine he was found in contempt of earlier this week.
The judge has not yet made a ruling on the additional potential violations.
The trial now turns to testimony from an attorney who represented two women at the center of the case — Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal — who has retaken the stand under questioning by the prosecution.
